Show Gratitude Inwardly too…
Don’t just focus on the surroundings, look inwardly at the things you are thankful for and love about yourself.
Repeat a daily mantra, for example: “I am strong, I am smart, I am blessed.”

Buy yourself flowers.
Get a special treat.
Take a day off.
Get a pedicure or manicure.
Thank yourself in front of a mirror.
