How to cultivate gratitude…
Make the time (actually write it in your calendar and do it)

Be an active listener. Show your gratitude to others by really listening to what they have to say.
Give out compliments.
Make eye contact.
Give a detailed example of appreciation.
Be thoughtful of others.
Volunteer for unpleasant tasks.

Just be there.
Show Gratitude Inwardly too…
Don’t just focus on the surroundings, look inwardly at the things you are thankful for and love about yourself.
Repeat a daily mantra, for example: “I am strong, I am smart, I am blessed.”
Tips to practice self gratitude:
Buy yourself flowers.
Get a special treat.
Take a day off.
Get a pedicure or manicure.
Thank yourself in front of a mirror.
