How much do your training plans cost?


Our training plans range from $25 for student plans to $99 for our adult plans.




How do I get my training plan?


Our training plans are sold through Final Surge. You will purchase your training plan on our Final Surge page which can be found here. After your purchase you will select a start date or end date for your training plan and the training plan is automatically uploaded to your Final Surge workout calendar.




My race is further out then 13 weeks, what should I do?


If you race is several months away, we recommend starting with one of our RR Fit programs. These are 9 week base building and maintaining programs that will have you ready for your race specific program that is designed for you to peak on race day.
