SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

At Rugged Running our goal is to deliver your purchase the quickest, most efficient and cost effective way possible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout. All shipments are sent via USPS. At this time we do not ship internationally (US shipments only).

At Checkout you have the option to have your package shipped either First-Class Mail (not available for all merchandise) or Priority Mail (recommended shipping method). All orders are processed and shipped within two business days. You will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. 

Return & Exchange Policy

The following is the return policy for all Rugged Running products and merchandise purchased. The refund policies for coaching services and the running camps are provided on their respective pages.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at connect@ruggedrunning.com or (303)330-0293. Returns, exchanges or refunds are subject to the below policy conditions.

RETURNS

For all orders:

  • Product must be returned to Rugged Running within 60 days of the original purchase date

  • Product must be unworn and in an unaltered, salable condition

  • By law, product must be sent back clean

In the event of a refund, a credit of the full purchase price (shipping and promotional discounts excluded) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or via paypal.  A refund will be issued upon receipt of your returned merchandise. Return turnaround time is approximately 1-2 weeks.

REPLACEMENT ORDER/RETURN

For all orders:

  • Product must be returned to Rugged Running within 60 days of the original purchase date

  • Product must be unworn and in an unaltered, salable condition

  • By law, product must be sent back clean

  • All returns must be associated with an RA number. Items returned without an RA number included will not be accepted. Please contact customer service for an RA number.

To account for changes in inventory, the return/replacement process is executed in two steps:

  1. A new order is placed for the desired merchandise and a charge to your credit card or other desired payment method of choice is processed. You will receive an Order Confirmation email when the new order is placed.

  2. Authorized return merchandise is accepted, processed, and a credit of the full purchase price (shipping and promotional discounts excluded) will be issued in the form of the original payment method.

Because item availability cannot be guaranteed at the time your return is received, we highly recommend placing a new order as soon as possible.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE
  • By law, product must be sent back clean

  • Clearly mark outside of package with assigned RA number

  • We highly recommend insuring your return package, as Rugged Running is not liable for packages lost in transit
