KIDS RUNNING PROGRAM
Our Rugged Running For Kids Program is an 8 week after school program for elementary aged kids. All are welcome and parents are encouraged to join. We focus on the fundamental basics of running while incorporating a healthy lifestyle for the young athletes.
They will learn the following:
proper running form,
strength & conditioning (age appropriate),
healthy foods that will fuel their bodies,
a new lesson each week focusing on developing life skills and a positive mentality,
fun new games!
WHAT YOU GET
This is a holistic program, meaning we cover more than just teaching your kids how to run. In addition to running, we cover nutrition, strength, character development and positive mentality. Each week we provide a new healthy recipe you can prepare at home for your kids, as well as general nutritional information for kids. We also discuss a new nutrition topic and word of the week that focuses on character development and positive mentality each week with your kids (age appropriate).
