Colorado Camp
$400 per person
DATES
July 24-27th
Rugged Running - THE CAMP is a personal (only 8 campers), fun, learning experience of a lifetime with Michele Yates as your coach. The new campsite is nestled in Conifer CO, in high elevations (8,500ft). Campers will gain essential knowledge in hill, speed, nutrition, mobility and strength disciplines. This camp is emphasized on the community and learning aspects more than any running. It is best suited for those who want a stronger foundation, better running mechanics, and nutrition. The warmth and crackling of the fire pit will help form new memories, sum up the days guidance and create an ambiance to take in the star covered sky. There is no cell phone reception here! I will have a satellite phone to message your family upon arrival but it is not to be used unless in case of an emergency! After all, you deserve some "you" time!
"Site 12" picture is the new area we will be camping.
- You will be required to have a 4x4 vehicle to come to this camp. I may have space available in mine. I do suggest a ride share with 4x4 rental and I am happy to help organize that for you especially if you are flying in.
- You will be required to bring 6 gallons of water each (this will be used for drinking, bathing, and cooking if needed as well as extra fire precaution).
