Our Tribe Packages go from free to $30 a month and are for people that want to be a part of the community but don't necessarily want individualized coaching.

Our Coaching Packages range from $170 a month to $500 depending on your interests and needs. All coaching packages include personal individualized coaching from one or more of our expert coaches.

How much does it cost to be part of the Rugged Tribe community?

The simple answer is it is FREE! Our free membership level gives you access to exclusive tips from our expert coaches and a place to connect with other people on our community platform. For those wanting to get even more out of their membership we do offer paid plans to include additional benefits to help you reach a new PR!

How do I get my training plan?

If you are on one of our paid membership plans you will get your training plan as follows: Rookies: Our training plans are sold through Final Surge. You will purchase your training plan on our Final Surge page which can be found here. After your purchase you will select a start date or end date for your training plan and the training plan is automatically uploaded to your Final Surge workout calendar. Rising Stars: Pick out a training plan from the list of training plans we sell on Final Surge which can be found here. Then email with the following information: (1) which plan you want to do, (2) date of your race (if it is a race plan) or start date (if it is one of maintenance plans). Then we will send you an invite to Final Surge and upload your training plan to your workout calendar. Go Getters, All-Stars, Hall of Famers & Legends: When you sign up we will send you an invite to join our Final Surge coaching dashboard and your coach will upload your custom training plan to your Final Surge workout calendar each month.

Can I upgrade my membership?

You upgrade your membership level at anytime by logging into your Account and clicking View Plan Details. If you want to upgrade from a membership level that didn't include personalized coaching to one of our coaching packages please contact us at prior to upgrading to make sure we still have space available under the plan you wish to upgrade to.

Can I downgrade my membership?

Rising Stars can downgrade to the Tribe membership plan at anytime. If you are on a Coaching Package plan you can downgrade to a Rising Star, Rookie or Tribe plan after completing your coaching package plan.

How do the membership fees work for the paid plans?

  • If you are on a paid membership plan, membership fees and billing cycle begin the day you sign up.
  • Recurring memberships automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle (monthly, semi-annually or annually) and will be charged to the member's credit card entered from the day of registration.
  • If your membership plan is non-recurring (one-time payment) and has expired but you wish to continue your membership, you must login to your Rugged Running Account on our website and register for a new membership plan.
  • Rugged Running may terminate your membership and these terms if it is unable to renew your membership based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
  • Access to Rugged Running Members Login and protected content pages granted under these terms is effective only upon current payment of the membership fees if applicable.
  • Rugged Running will provide at least 30 calendar days notice before an increase in membership fees for a subsequent subscription.

How do I cancel my account?

  • If you are on our free Tribe membership plan, you can cancel your account at any time without charge.
  • Rising Star Memberships: To avoid being charged for the next period, you must go into your online account and cancel your membership prior to your membership renewal date. Click on the Account button on our website (after you are logged in) and click on View Plan Details to cancel or change your plan.
  • Go Getter, All-Star, Hall Of Famer & Legend Memberships: If for some reason you need to cancel or pause your plan please contact your coach or email Wyatt Yates at to discuss next steps.
  • All memberships can be reinstated at any time by logging back into your Account on our website and registering for a new membership plan.

What is your refund policy?

All membership fees are non-refundable.

How do I access the Tribe Community after I've signed up?

You can access the Tribe Community Platform and your Membership Dashboard from anywhere you have an internet connection. Just log in to your account on our website ( by clicking the Log In button at the top or bottom or our webpages to access your Members Dashboard and the Tribe Community Platform. *Coming soon! An app for your mobile device for the Tribe Community Platform!
