Age Levels: Elementary School Age

RUGGED RUNNING FOR KIDS PROGRAM

Benefits/Details:

  • Kids learn proper running form, breathing techniques, running drills, pacing, agility exercises, mobility exercises, strength & conditioning (age-appropriate), healthy foods that will fuel their bodies, a new lesson each week focusing on developing life skills, and a positive mentality.

Type: Virtual 8-Week Girls Program

Age Levels: Preteen & Early Teenage Girls

Cost: $200

PRETTY & POWERFUL PROGRAM

Benefits/Details:​

  • A program that empowers, strengthens, and unites young girls

  • Fitness program for all levels with no equipment needed

  • Mobility sessions

  • Pageturners - activities that help with life skills using books and journals

  • 1 Hour Zoom session that starts with a fitness routine and then goes into activities that empower, strengthen, and help with life skills.

  • Easy, healthy recipes included each week.

  • Additional information resources provided for parents like financial literacy, parent-child communication, etc.
