We are excited to launch a new Rugged Running program that will allow us to reach and impact more runners to further achieve our mission of empowering runners to achieve their personal best through effective training methods and a strong caring community.
Our Group Training program is a way for you to experience the benefits of our training methodology while enjoying the company of other runners like yourself.
WHAT YOU GET
Running group training members will receive a running and strength training program based on their experience level and the duration of the group training (either 12 weeks or 1 month). They will also receive access to Rugged Running's resource library through the Final Surge Training Platform which has hundreds of helpful videos, documents and other resources to help you become a better runner! HOW THE GROUP TRAINING WORKS
STEP 1: FIND A LOCAL GROUP
All of our running group locations can be found here. Find a group in your area and reach out to the Group Training Leader to learn more about your local group before you signup. You can find your local Group Training Leader's information in the Our Team section on our About Us web page here or on this page under the locations section. We are continually adding new running group locations, so if we do not have a group in your area please email us at to let us know you are interested in having a group in your area.
STEP 2: SIGN-UP FOR YOUR GROUP
After you have found your local running group, you will need to complete the group training sign-up form and pay for your group membership. Sign up here.
STEP 3: FINAL SURGE SET-UP
Once we have received your payment and sign-up form we will send you an invite to join the Rugged Running Final Surge Training Platform. After you receive the email invite and setup your Final Surge account we will load your training program into your Final Surge training calendar.
STEP 4: START YOUR TRAINING!
Now the fun begins! Follow your training program through the Final Surge App. You will complete the strength training portion of your program and 5 of your running workouts on your own each week. Then twice a week your group will get together with your Group Training Leader to complete a running workout together!
