PAY FOR COACHING
PURCHASING YOUR PROGRAM
BILLING AND PAYMENT METHODS
New and/or potential clients, please do not make a payment before contacting us. Once we have received your client questionaire and both parties agree to move forward you can then make your first payment.
We accept credit and/or debit card payments through PayPal. Depending on your program we can either email you an invoice via PayPal or you can select the applicable payment option on our website under the Purchase Program Here section below. If you want to pay via check please contact us and we can provide you with the information on how to do so.
Please make sure you fill out your client questionnaire completely, especially the section on which races you will be running. If, as a result of you wanting to change and/or add a race that does not fit into the program provided to you, we have to make revisions to your program you will be responsible for paying the applicable fee for the revision. Revision fees vary depending on how many months of your program have to be revised. The monthly revision rate will be the same monthly rate as you were charged for the original program.
We do not offer refunds to clients. However, if circumstances arise like an injury or a personal matter (with a doctors order) that prohibit you from training you can suspend your training and resume it at a later time for the remaining month(s) you have already paid for.
Training Program - $160 per month
Your customized training program includes running workouts, strength training workouts, nutrition and unlimited communication with your coach. Minimum 3 month commitment.
Pay all at once for discounted prices as follows:
$160/mth - if you pay monthly ($160)
$150/mth - if you pay upfront for 3 months ($450)
$140/mth - if you pay upfront for 6 months ($840)
$130/mth - if you pay upfront for 12 months ($1,560)
In-Person Training/Consulting Session - $150
In-Person training/consulting sessions last approximately 90 minutes. These sessions are done in the Denver Metro Area. Sessions are tailored to your specific areas of concern or questions. Examples of what can be covered during the session include but are not limited to nutrition, gait analysis, speed drills, running technique and form, uphill and downhill running, race strategy, strength and mobility exercises, etc. (If you would like to purchase more than one session, please choose the quantity you wish to purchase in the applicable selection box near the bottom of the Purchase Program Here box on this page.) Some work and emails will be exchanged after the meeting too.
In-Person Personal Training Session (Strength Training) - $75
In-Person personal training sessions last approximately 60 minutes. The strength training sessions are done in the Denver Metro Area at the Rugged Running fitness studio. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs.
