A preteen/early teenage girl program that empowers, strengthens, and unites.

  • Fitness for all levels (no equipment needed)
  • Mobility (floor mat is nice to have but not necessary)
  • Page Tuners- activities that help them with life skills (using books and journals)

Although this program is online (zoom), we will be active, engaging, and creative. We begin the 1 hour zoom session with a fitness routine that is suitable for all levels of fitness. We follow that with mobility and "page turners." Activities that help them with life skills. Easy, healthy recipes will be included weekly for a fun option for them to do themselves, as well as informational materials for parents like financial literacy, parent-child communication, full fitness workouts with descriptions and more!   • What day: Thursdays (Starting February 4th)
  • When: 4pm mountain time
  • How long: 1 hour
  • Price: $200 (don't forget to use your discount code if you are already a member of Rugged Running (yes parents purchasing this for their kids count :) You do not need to be a Rugged Running member in order to have your child participate.
  • Week Length: 8 weeks, meeting 1x a week for 1 hour every Thursday
  • This will be limited to 15 girls or less.
